History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has worked as a Courier like his mother before him.

He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Uthemar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
