History: Born in the south to a Architect, Raer learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Raer was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
