He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull blue iron scale mail. His hair is auburn and curly. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Dreali was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Dreali was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dreali decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nutae grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
