He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theriatis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Arannis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Arannis was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Butcher. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hadarai grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Butcher. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arannis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arannis. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
