History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Body Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
