He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Theriatis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Shoemaker, but he got bored and became a Sage. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Adran reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
