History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theren. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Naeris hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. After coming to the age of reason, Naeris took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Naeris was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Baker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.
