Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Theren lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He is portly but not overly obese. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and doesn't want to be a bookbinder and was forced into it by his family

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Theriatis hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Theriatis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Theriatis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
