History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Raer is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
