History: Adran hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Adran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
