Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Berrian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Thamior was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Thamior's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is greedy; and regain custody of his son
