History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Nim hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
