When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A freak accident while working with his Bather father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He got into the Masseuse business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
