History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He worked as a nervous Carter and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Quarion never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
