Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a pastel coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
