Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Efferil would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bounty Hunter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
