The war was a terrible time for him, and Varis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Varis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Soapmaker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he likes to wear black tank tops with white pants. He sports a flattop hair cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Galinndan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
