History: Koeth was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Tailor mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.
