History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Uthemar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Uthemar. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
