Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
