History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aelar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Lucan was born with his father's beautiful face. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Dreali lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Dreali abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
