History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Nutae was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Assassin. Being a Assassin kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
