History: Heian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and to be a marshal again

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Aramil was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
