History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naill grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naill. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Ahvain was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ahvain's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
