Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Paelias does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Paelias was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
