History: Born to a Cook, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is renowned for his bright white suits and hats. His golden hair is cut short. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Erdan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Sage and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
