Through the years after Naeris was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Naeris's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Efferil's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
