Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Paelias is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Paelias was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Actor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
