Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Koeth was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor.
