History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aust grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aust. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Hunter, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
