History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Heian was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
