He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Peren will drive conversation. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
