History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
