History: Uthemar was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
