History: He was born into a rich family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Rael was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Rael was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Rael liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult; and many giants want him driven away
