History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His brown hair is thinning but still full. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears professional attire. He wears his golden hair up. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Erdan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a red coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His tied-back hair is black. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Thervan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it
