History: Gifted from a young age, Koeth studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Koeth took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
