He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Masseuse work with an outfit from a few towns over. Masseuse work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently the stress of being a Masseuse has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
