After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a Priest, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
