Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Laucian was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miller. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This light-skinned male wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a kukri on his belt. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is silver and very short. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Naeris lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Naeris was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Efferil embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Efferil's homeland. Efferil decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
