History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. History: He comes from a rich western family. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
