History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. A true patriot, Mindartis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Mindartis was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Crown-heir. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
