History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Varis was taken on many hunting expeditions. His first spouse was a Stableman, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Thervan reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Thervan and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Miner, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
