Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Azaki was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Hadarai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north to a Bather, Nim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
