History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He worked as a nervous Tailor and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Efferil and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Efferil discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Efferil fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
