History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rael was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second son.
