Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Scribe for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aust grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aust. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Varis was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Engraver. He tends to his Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Junk Dealer again; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his axe, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'9" when asserting himself. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This eastern man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a yellow coat. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has a very tight haircut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Thamior was born with his father's beautiful face. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
