History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Paelias took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
