History: Peren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Peren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Koeth grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Hadarai was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is content

History: Berrian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
