History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Rael was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Aramil enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Nutae was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nutae grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nutae. Being a Apothecary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
